Job Title:

Project Manager – Automation & Disaster Recovery projects

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage end-to-end automation and disaster recovery (DR) projects

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely project delivery.

·       Design and implement automated DR workflows (switchover/switchback).

·       Drive CI/CD pipeline development for DR processes.

·       Develop dashboards for DR readiness, failover status, and automation KPIs.

·       Ensure drift management and configuration compliance.

·       Collaborate with DevOps teams and other operational teams for automation integration.

·       Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk assessments.

·       Support and drive all IT-DR projects

Required Skills:

·       Strong Project Management experience (Agile prefered).

·       Expertise in Disaster Recovery principles (RTO/RPO).

·       Hands-on with Ansible, Python scripting, and DevOps toolchains.

·       Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation frameworks.

·       Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid DR strategies.

·       Understanding of ITIL processes 

·       PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
