Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will engage in discussions regarding transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs, ensuring that both technology and business solutions align with the clients' requirements. Your role will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from clients. - Develop and document integration processes and workflows to ensure clarity and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Experience with integration tools and methodologies. - Strong understanding of API management and web services. - Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
