Shift Timings : 4pm - 1am | Work from Office

Department : US Collections & Risk Servicing

Job Summary : This role will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate report maintenance, enabling greater focus on strategic priorities. They will support the team in maintaining and updating various Excel reports and MIS, as well as assist the Investigation and Due Diligence team in their KRAs

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize and structure data efficiently
• Ability to understand businesses, identify pain points, and provide a recovery roadmap
• Good communication skills for coordination and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with basic OSINT searches and gathering publicly available information
• Mapping financial statements and plotting bank statements in Excel as per predefined formats
• Supporting data extraction and maintaining organized folders/documents
• Updating trackers and maintaining monitoring/watchlist entries accurately
• Providing clean, error-free inputs for case briefs
• Flagging obvious discrepancies or missing information to the senior team promptly
