Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Interns to support our recruitment team with day-to-day hiring coordination and candidate management activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and the opportunity to learn how a high-performing Talent Acquisition function works.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest and basic fit

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment operations and coordination tasks

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

• Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and online tools

• Good organizational and time-management abilities

• Interest in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
