- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds and Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine 
  the experience and skill level.
- Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail, and the Intent to determine skills, 
  experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability, and visa status.
- Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & 
  mapping the relevant targets.
- Ensure the candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects the candidate's experience and requirements.
- Submit the profile of the candidate for approval.
- Negotiate salary with candidates and close the position.
- Arrange for client interviews and possible offer of employment Act as first point-of-contact for candidates and 
  maintains monthly contact with candidates.
- Update the Resourcing Application System daily.
- Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.
