• Key Responsibilities:Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients).
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Load and unload dishwashers; hand wash dishes when necessary.
• Store food items properly and ensure all kitchen supplies are stocked.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in food preparation and storage areas.
• Receive and organize kitchen deliveries and stock.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
