Responsibilities

  • Plan & co-ordinate administrative procedures and systems. Manage day to day administrative tasks, housekeeping and facilities and ensure office infrastructure is updated.
  • Manage the overall security aspects of the premises & related to employees.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies in-coordination with respective stakeholders & external teams.
  • Manage utmost efficacy in overall facilities services, AMC renewals, vendor agreements, maintenance activities, vendors.
  • Co-ordinate for various audits related to technical services and other aspects and ensure compliance
  • Monitor and control overall transport operations.
  • Supervise overall inward/ outward courier and other mailroom operations.
  • Handle the cafeteria operations, pantry services etc. 
  • Overall co-ordination on various aspects of soft services, Vendor handling, building FM etc. 
  • Co-ordination with regional admin and finance teams.
  • Manage all the invoice process, prepare, and maintain monthly MIS/Reports with overall budget standards. 
  • Organize and manage other office activities (event planning, celebrations etc.) 
  • Supervise and managed the performance and development of staff for contingent staff in line with firm’s expectations and regulations. 
  • Provide cost savings in admin and facility through new initiatives and innovations.  

Qualifications

  • Preferably graduate - B.COM/BA or higher academic.
  • Have 06 yrs. or more experience in general administration & facility managements.
