Overview: We are looking for a creative and experienced Landscape Designer to join our real estate development team. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing exterior landscapes for residential and commercial properties. The designer will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to create sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed landscape designs and create conceptual drawings and 3D renderings.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to implement designs.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.
• Conduct site assessments and analyze environmental factors.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and sustainability practices.
• Develop maintenance plans for landscaped areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in landscape design, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of horticulture and sustainable practices.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
