Lead BIM

-Develop, update, and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for multiple projects. 

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure BIM standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. 

- Create 3D models and drawings from architectural and engineering designs using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks). 

- Provide support and training to other team members on BIM software and best practices.

- Participate in design and coordination meetings, providing technical insight into the BIM processes and model development. 

- Coordinate with the project manager and team members to meet deadlines and project goals

Education and Experience  :- 

-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 14 years of experience in BIM management or related roles.

- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD. 

- Strong understanding of the design and construction process.

- Knowledge of construction methods, standards, and building regulations. 

- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and visualization tools. 

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with different stakeholders. 

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 

- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 19650, COBie, etc.) is a plus.
