Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Anaplan Developer 

We seek a highly skilled senior Anaplan model builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Anaplan model building, deep functional knowledge across business domains like finance, supply chain, sales, and operations, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning processes  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan model designs  

• Optimize model performance and ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices  

• Build dashboards, modules, lists, and actions in Anaplan to support planning and reporting  

• Support data integrations between Anaplan and other systems like ERP, CRM, and Data Hub  

• Mentor and guide junior Anaplan model builders  

• Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and provide production support post go-live  

• Document model architecture, design decisions, and processes·   

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• BE/B Tech/MCA 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills  

• Overall experience, with Anaplan model building  

• Anaplan Level 3 or higher certification (Solution Architect certification is a plus)  

• Hands-on experience in at least one domain: FP&A, sales planning, supply chain, or workforce planning  

• Strong understanding of model building best practices like DISCO methodology, ALM, version control  

• Experience working with complex calculations, hierarchies, and user-friendly dashboards  

• Exposure to data integration tools like Informatica, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Anaplan Connect, or APIs is preferred
