Compliance Lead

Key Responsibilities

Investor & Lender Communication

• Prepare, review, and share periodic conditions compliance reports, performance reports, financial updates, and MIS with lenders and investors.
• Act as a key point of contact for lenders, investors, and financial institutions for information requests and clarifications.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reporting obligations as per financing documents and investor agreements.

Financial & Analytical Reporting

• Develop detailed analytical reports, dashboards, and financial summaries highlighting project/company performance.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, covenant compliance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Track and monitor lender covenants, conditions precedent/subsequent, and ongoing compliance requirements.

Presentations & Documentation

• Prepare high-quality presentations (PPTs) and information packs for lender meetings, investor reviews, board updates, and senior management.
• Support management during investor calls, lender reviews, audits, and due diligence exercises.
• Maintain structured documentation and data repositories for investor and lender reporting.

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Legal, Projects, and Strategy teams to gather data and validate information.
• Support fund-raising, refinancing, restructuring, and project finance-related activities as required.
• Assist in responding to ad-hoc information requests from stakeholders.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements related to investor and lender reporting.
• Support audits, inspections, and reviews by lenders, investors, and external agencies.

Educational Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
  OR
• MBA (Finance) / MBA Engineer
