As the Lead Proposition & Product NRI, you will be responsible for leading a team that creates and delivers tailored financial solutions for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding the unique needs of this customer segment and developing strategies to meet those needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian banking landscape, especially in the context of NRI banking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to bring innovative products to market.

• Lead the development and execution of NRI-focused product strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the NRI banking space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and operations, to design, develop, and launch new NRI products and services.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of NRI product initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NRI customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and insights for product enhancement.
• Stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance in all NRI product offerings.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of NRI products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the bank's NRI product roadmap, driving innovation and ensuring a competitive edge.
• Mentor and guide the product team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the banking industry, with a proven track record in NRI product management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams, driving projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent knowledge of NRI banking regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
