Lead PS Consultant

What's the role?

As a Project Manager, you will drive the planning and execution of Solution Engineering initiatives across HERE Business Groups to meet customer commitments. You will own project schedules, deliverables, KPIs, milestone tracking, and stakeholder management, taking corrective actions and leading escalations to ensure success.

• Define and optimize the organizational setup for delivery and operations of complex solutions
• Execute and continuously improve maintenance processes
• Advise product and delivery teams on solution maintainability
• Coordinate solution changes from impact assessment through implementation, testing, and production-grade validation
• Enable effective knowledge transfer across delivery and maintenance teams
• Resolve conflicts arising from cross-functional and organizational dependencies

Who are you?

This role requires strong experience in shaping project organizations, technical understanding, leadership, and commercial awareness, along with the ability to influence across teams. A key focus is ensuring long-term fulfillment of delivered solutions by understanding solution architecture, development environments, CI systems, and organizational dependencies.

 

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems/MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in engineering or project management, with successful management and solution delivery of cross-functional projects
• Experience with supporting, maintaining and operating production-grade solutions throughout entire product lifecycle
• You have direct experience working in and with Agile development teams as well as waterfall or hybrid approaches
• Proven track record in delivering projects to market
• Experience leading projects across multiple disciplines, including engineering, production, subcontractors, marketing, sales, & distribution, and at varying positions in the value chain
• Ability to provide project management to distributed cross functional teams, manage issues cross-functionally and remotely
• Proven ability to interface with all levels and customers; to manage up, down, and across effectively
• Prior technical product development experience is a plus
• Very Strong Communication Skills
• Certifications: PMI / PRINCE2 / IPMA preferred
