Lead-TPP Cross Sell-Digital Banking Kotak 811-Regional Sales

Lead TPP – Cross Sell These are products offered by external partners but sold through your organization. Examples (depending on industry):  Banking: insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, investment products  Insurance: partner insurers’ add-on products  Retail: extended warranties, financing plans Lead TPP – Cross Sell This usually refers to: 1. Generating leads for third-party products Identifying customers who have a need or potential interest in TPP such as:  Life/health insurance  Investment products  Travel insurance  Extended warranty  Co-branded credit cards 2. Cross-selling Offering relevant TPP to customers who already use one of your core products (e.g., savings account, loan, primary insurance plan). What the role or task typically involves  Identifying cross-sell opportunities from existing customer data  Understanding customer needs and positioning suitable TPP  Coordinating with partner product teams (insurance/MF/credit card, etc.)  Achieving TPP sales targets  Ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation  Educating customers about value, benefits, and suitability
