Knowledge & Experience

·         Working knowledge of relevant course delivery platforms, adult learning, learning methodologies, and Learning Management Systems required.

·         Expertise in use of various e-learning and digital learning content authoring tools e.g. Articulate Storyline.

·         Excellent understanding of core learning needs and impact thereof

·         Ability to refine contribute to learning modality blending & curriculum blueprinting based on “big picture” understanding

·         Has the experience and understanding to interpret various inputs data e.g. technical manuals, Functional specs, BRD etc. and leverage relevant data for learning content development.

·         Bring in efficiency via best practice implementation & contribution to continual improvement.

·         Experience in delivering various learning programs such as Business / Tech Transformation training, Change Management training, ERP training etc.
