Legal Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Contract & Documentation Management 

  • Draft, review, and format routine agreements including NDAs, vendor agreements, consultancy contracts, AMCs, LOIs, and MoUs. 
  • Support in reviewing and coordinating HMAs, Franchise Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, and other hospitality-specific legal documents. 
  • Maintain a central repository of contracts, renewal dates, amendments, and expiry alerts. 
  • Facilitate stamping, notarisation, e-signing, execution workflows, and document circulation across stakeholders. 

2. Legal Coordination & Stakeholder Management 

  • Act as the primary coordination point with AOC on legal documentation, approvals, compliance queries, and governance requirements. 
  • Liaise with Finance, HR, Procurement, Projects, Asset Management, and BD teams for legal inputs and dependencies. • Coordinate with external law firms, consultants, and statutory authorities for document reviews, opinions, and filings. 
  • Assist in compiling documents for due diligence, operator onboarding, and asset transactions. 

 3. Compliance Management

  • Maintain and track statutory and regulatory compliance calendars relevant to hospitality operations.
  • Work with internal teams and AOC to ensure timely renewals, filings, and submission of required documents. 
  • Help update legal templates, policies, SOPs, and ensure alignment with group governance frameworks. 

 4. Record Keeping, MIS & Reporting 

  • Ensure organized storage (digital and physical) of legal documents as per company protocols. 
  • Prepare trackers, logs, and dashboards for contract status, compliance, and legal matters. 
  • Maintain a clause library, precedent files, and up-to-date version controL.

5. Administrative & Process Support

  • Schedule reviews, manage draft circulation, track changes, and maintain audit trails. 
  • Process legal invoices, consultant onboarding, and coordinate with Finance for payments. 
  • Support the legal team in internal audits, internal review exercises, and governance submissions.

 

Qualifications

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s or specialized diploma in Corporate Law or Commercial Law is preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial, operational, procurement, and vendor agreements. Experience in legal risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
