Manager - Compliance| Mumbai

Manage and lead the compliance monitoring at department and organizational leavel and dissemination of the same appropriately.

Support the senior management in Implementation Review of new / modifications of products and processes including audit related rectifications

1. FATCA/CRS reporting on annual basis.
2. Followup and updation of Compliance in CERMO+ & TASC + Softwares
3. Handle Tranche I,II & III submissions on a timely manner.
4. Monthly Compliance report to MD &CEO and Quarterly report to ACB
5. Monthly followup on compliance to RBI circulars and reporting to RBS.
6. Monthly followup towards Compliance Certificate compilation from other departments.
7. TIN followup with branches for updating FATCA/CRS requirements.
8. Point of contact with the vendor on rollout of CERMO+ software to branches.
9. Support in handling requirements from concurrent auditors.
10. Provide support to Senior Management in the field of Compliance activities.

Experience Range : 5 to 8 Years

Qualifications : 
Graduate (Any Specialisation)
Post Graduate (Any Specialisation)
