Job Description

 

  • Manage and monitor all daily operations of the  housekeeping & upkeep including the cleanliness of all areas (Including utility areas) at Head Office.
  • Seating Management – allocation / Global Data management
  • Coordinate communication between various departments and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to Facility Management Services / Other admin related vendors.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes – this includes offices across all locations.
  • Regular review meet/call to be conducted to check the service standards (FM/GA)
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, equipment and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and improve office budgets, expenses, and administrative services.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, FM Team and General Administration – which includes reception and meeting room operation.
  • Sensibly and pro-actively understanding and managing senior leadership requirements
  • Ensuring overall FM Team Management, FM vendor management & overall FM vendors budget + billing.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (Pest control, Renovations, Repair & Maintenance, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive cleaning procedures to ensure all areas of the hotel are consistently cleaned to high standards.
  • We are looking for an experienced Facility&Admin manager to manage daily Facility & Admin operations at CRISIL Mumbai office. (Candidate with Hospitality background would be preferred)
  • He / She will be responsible for  Space management, housekeeping, facility maintenance, events, and day to day general admin activities at Head Office at Mumbai and to coordinate with all regional offices.
  • The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively.
