Manager - Corporate Planning - Finance and Accounts - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM

Key Objective of the Job:

• Handle independently Revenue Assurance, Income recognition, NPA recognition for Leasing division
• Support INDAS Implementation
• Support INDAS Accounting, Reporting requirements

Major Deliverables:

• Leasing

• Handle the Lease classification under Operating lease vs Finance lease
• Determination of the Asset class for lease assets
• Record NPA provisioning for Lease assets
• Income recognition
• Handle Statutory Audit and Internal Audit
• Handle documentation of the internal financial controls for Leasing division
• Formulate Accounting policies
• Maintain Chart of Accounts

• INDAS

• INDAS Financial statement and disclosures preparation
• INDAS Workings for Expected Credit Loss model, EIR working, Fair Value accounting of investment
• Annual refresh of INDAS Model
• Liaison with Cross functional team for Information requirement for INDAS
• System implementation for INDAS for financial statements and transaction system changes
• Documentation and updation of INDAS policies and process documents
• Ability to support System developments for Revenue Assurance Accounting team
• Ability to support financial accounting and reporting requirements
• Support Statutory audit, internal audit of INDAS Accounts
• Support Implementation of Internal financial controls under the companies act 2013 for INDAS

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Desired Experience: Chartered Accountant with 3-4 year experience. Of which 1-2 years in Bank and NBFCs.

Desired Knowledge:

1.     Sound knowledge of INDAS preferably cleared CA Institute certificate course for INDAS. Sound knowledge of INDAS standards applicable to Banks and NBFCs

2.     Sound knowledge of RBI Prudential Norms for NBFCs.

3.     Sound knowledge of IGAAP accounting standards.

4.     Sound knowledge of Excel, PPT, Word.

5.     Sound knowledge of Internal Financial Controls – COSO framework
