Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Legal aspects related to lending to SMEs / MMEs / Large Corporates / Project Finance
2. Good knowledge of general banking/ RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms & all other relevant legal matters Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.
3. Legal Aspects of Loan & Investment Products SEBI / FEMA / Capital Market & Structured Products Investment related documentation and litigation experience
4. A system & process oriented approach Should set excellent standards for himself & the team
5. Good team player Should be open to new ideas and bring Best Practices to the organization Computer literate in MS Office Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate in Law
