• Coordinate with Department of Environment on district/ city level initiatives on climate risk mitigation and adaptation.
• Integrate ESSA recommendations and ESF requirements in program interventions including for district strategic plans
• Report against Program Action Plans (PAP) and ESCP on a quarterly basis
• Develop indicators to track, report and monitor performance on Environment and Social safeguards
• Support teams in integrating E&S screening and assessment
• Provide support an input to capacity development activities to cover E&S aspects
• Enhance E&S outputs and outcomes, document good practices for upscaling
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations, citizen engagement, beneficiary feedback and support strengthening of grievance redressal mechanisms

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in social work, Sociology, Anthropology, Applied Social Science, Environment Science or other related discipline.
