Manager - Energy Mgmt Planner

• Develop and implement energy management strategies to optimize energy consumption across construction projects.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate energy-efficient solutions into project designs and operations.
• Monitor energy performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify deviations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in energy management and sustainability.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on energy conservation practices and technologies.
• Lead initiatives to achieve sustainability certifications and compliance with environmental standards.
• Drive innovation in energy management through the adoption of new technologies and renewable energy solutions.
• Engage with external stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies on energy-related matters.
• Contribute to the development of Adani Realty's overall sustainability goals and initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in the Construction industry.
