Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Analyze key financial reports and performance metrics to derive clear, actionable insights and recommend next steps Identify trends, patterns, and drivers using advanced analytics tools and translate findings into value‑adding business recommendations Lead analytics initiatives end‑to‑end—from ideation and problem definition through multiple cycles of implementation with on‑ground teams Possess a strong understanding of SAP modules, ERP systems, and IT/data architecture Quantify and articulate the business impact and value realization of analytics solutions in financial and operational terms Conceptualize, identify, and drive predictive and prescriptive analytics projects to improve business outcomes Partner closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure analytics outputs are decision‑ready and outcome‑focused

Auto / Manufacturing / FMCG / Retail

Qualifications

CA or MBA Finance

General Requirements

 

• Strong expertise in SAP / Oracle and enterprise data environments
• High analytical rigor with a demonstrated ability to generate insights from data
• Sound business and management accounting knowledge
•  Experience handling large, complex datasets using modern analytics toolsHands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and RPA-enabled analytics
•  Detail-oriented with a strong comfort with numbers and financial metrics
•  Strategic thinker capable of connecting the dots and influencing business decisions
•  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capabilities for stakeholder-ready outputs
