Manager- Ground Transport Business (Airport)

Responsibilities

Maximize Revenue Generation: 
Oversee and optimize revenue performance from parking, innovative products, and other related services, while effectively managing and minimizing revenue leakage.

Oversee Ground Transport Operations:
Oversee and optimize ground transport services, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service quality and achieve business targets.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.

Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with partners, clients and contractors to resolve issues and manage service agreements across airports. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of transport professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
Implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the team members.

Innovation and Digital Tools:
Create strategy for automation and Use digital tools and new technologies to improve automation, service performance and customer experience.
Stay updated with the latest developments in ground transport technology and industry best practices.

Project & Risk Management:
Oversee successful project execution and risk management.
Ensure smooth implementation of new services and initiatives.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Transport Management, or related field.
Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

Work Experience:
10 plus Overall years in transport or logistics management, especially in ground transport services.
3 plus years in senior management roles.
