Manager - Information Technology - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus)

• Application Management:

• Overseeing operations and support for Fiserv and other applications under Corporate & SME Finance, ensuring stability and performance.

• Tracking and driving the Projects, Status publishing, challenges, cost status, Budget tracking, Business Benefits measurement, Usage measurement for all the projects.

• Support documentation, monitoring, and reporting activities to maintain adherence and readiness for internal and external audits.

   

• Application Support & Monitoring:

• Providing proactive monitoring and support for all scoped applications to ensure uninterrupted service & delivery.

• Architecture improvement – Suggestion/solutions from tech landscape – to improve time and Cost

• Active Participation in DR Drill activities.

   

• Project Implementation, Change Request, System Enhancement for the scoped Application & Vendor Management:

• Coordinating with external vendors as well as internal business Stakeholders for issue resolution, service delivery and performance tracking.
