The Manager-Key Relationships-Premium Corporates will be a key member of the CORPORATE EMPLOYEE SOLUTIONS team, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with premium corporate clients. This role requires a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

• Develop and execute relationship management strategies for premium corporate clients.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions and advice.
• Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing regular updates and recommendations.

• Manage and mentor a team of relationship officers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to corporates.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
