Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Marketing & Sales Enablement (LCG Ratings Team)

Location: Saki Vihar, Andheri East, Mumbai.

Reports to: Associate Director.

 

Job Summary:

The person will play a key role in supporting the day to day marketing activities for the Ratings Team. This role will work alongside the Marketing team on a day-to-day basis to develop effective, data-driven solutions to support sales performance, enhance brand positioning, and ensure seamless customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Liaison: Serve as the day-to-day contact between the Ratings Business team and the Marketing team to clearly articulate the business challenges and customer needs, through online & offline marketing.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Alignment: Design and execute sales enablement strategies (online & offline) that attract, nurture, and convert prospective clients.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously assess and identify opportunities for creating personalized content, and solutions that will drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with support teams: Work closely with the support teams to ensure smooth execution of the projects
Qualifications:

Educational Background:
An MBA or advanced marketing qualification.

Professional Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing, with a proven ability to drive marketing initiatives towards revenue growth and improve client communications.

- A good understanding of the Ratings or financial services industry preferred.

 

Key Skills: 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge in sales enablement strategies and tools that drive business development and client acquisition.

- Proven ability to understand customer pain points, and create marketing strategies that address these needs.

- Has execution experience of large scale events
