Manager - MEP Design (Electrical)

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
• Develop and implement electrical design standards and specifications for real estate projects
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical work and address any issues or discrepancies
• Oversee the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and project stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to electrical engineering

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering and project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical aspects of real estate projects
