Manager - MEP Design(Plumbing)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in real estate projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all MEP operations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement MEP systems.
• Perform regular inspections and quality checks on MEP installations to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and maintenance staff on MEP systems.
• Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices in MEP systems to support Adani's environmental initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in MEP systems for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to MEP projects for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor junior MEP team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
