Production Planning and Inventory Control Manager

Key Responsibilities 

1. Financial Perspective

• Ensure the supply of finished goods (OWN, P2P & LL) for sales, samples, and registration to meet export market demand.
• Support business development efforts by ensuring the availability of export products.
• Identify new manufacturing sites to source products not available with existing manufacturers.
• Document compliance with respective mfg sites & departments for dossier preparation or product registration.

2. Customer Perspective

• Support the Export Business Development & Regulatory Affairs (RA) team for new product registrations.
• Handle and resolve domestic market complaints in a timely manner.

3. Internal Process Perspective

• Process export order requirements efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct quarterly stock audits at loan license (LL) manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.

4. Learning & Growth Perspective

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence.
• Develop excellence in international trade compliance and market-specific requirements
