Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Manage Renewal project - create a second life ecosystem for LMM vehicles, ensuring sustainability and extended lifecycle.
- Research and identify critical vendors and partners essential for the ecosystem (financiers, yard management etc)
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners in the second life vehicle ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain vendor performance metrics and reports.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize the vehicle lifecycle management.
- Establish ideal Valuation methodologies for electric vehicles
