Roles & responsibilities

•Managing multiple engagements across infrastructure sectors with key focus on public sector clients•Translating policy and strategic direction into actionable operating model designs and implementation plans•Developing business strategies, commercial frameworks, and transformation roadmaps for public sector agencies•Analyze operational processes to develop performance improvement plans, establish KPIs, and ensure alignment with business objectives•Lead digital transformation initiatives by assessing technology infrastructure and deploying digital solutions to optimize business processes•Evaluate and implement AI technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency, partnering with technical teams•Contributing to specific business development initiatives, particularly proposals and client pitches•Building and maintaining relationships with clients and target clients and key market constituents•Contribute to initiatives, such as knowledge management and thought leadership to support practice development

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Strong understanding of infrastructure operations in sectors like transportation, social infrastructure and P&U•Demonstrated ability in policy and business strategy, performance improvement, change management, business transformation, and commercial strategy•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to handle complex issues•Strong understanding of public sector strategy and organization transformation frameworks•Familiarity with data analysis tools (Alteryx), visualization tools (Power BI, Visio); experience with Gen AI-based tools is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office suite and professional report writing.

Educational qualifications

•A Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.•Professional certifications relevant to infrastructure advisory are desirable but not mandatory

Work experience

•Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; prior consulting experience is mandatory.•Experience in infrastructure sectors such as transport, P&U and social infrastructure is a plus
