Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to manage and monitor customer communications and support campaign execution for our Car Finance vertical. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good command of English for reviewing and refining communication content.

Key Responsibilities

Communication Management (60%)

• Track all customer communications (SMS & Email) sent through various systems.
• Review and correct grammar in communication templates to ensure language accuracy.
• Publish monthly MIS reports detailing: 
  • Number of SMS deployed
  • Originator of the communication
  • Frequency of the communication
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of all approved communications (active and inactive) within the system.

Campaign Management (40%)

• Collaborate with creative agencies and product teams to execute lead generation campaigns for Car Finance.
• Coordinate campaign assets and approvals.
• Track campaign performance and report progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong command of English language (grammar and proofreading skills).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for MIS preparation.
• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and customer communication processes.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in campaign management and agency coordination.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
