Role - Marketing Executive

About Role

Event Execution & Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, pop-ups, and activations

• Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery

• Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Trade Marketing

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost visibility and sales

• Coordinate with sales teams to align BTL activities with retail objectives

• Manage POS materials, in-store branding, and promotional campaigns

Budget & Reporting

• Track budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of BTL activities

• Prepare post-activity reports with ROI analysis and key learnings

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers

• Ensure timely procurement and deployment of marketing assets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, or trade promotions

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during activations
