Responsibility • Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies. • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Project coordinator. • Researching target audience by demographics, pinpointing their needs and adapting campaigns accordingly. • Organizing and attending meetings or event at key locations across the India. • Building and maintaining key relationships with clients and vendors. • Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience. Essential Skills • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role. • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods. • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices. • Familiarity with the architecture field and services market. • Excellent communication and people skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Desirable • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role. • BA/MA/MBA degree, Marketing or a related subject. • India based travel required to meeting from time to time. • Permanent and full time position. • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Marketing Executive.
