What would you do? The Value Realization Specialist will establish and drive the value measurement framework aligned to the client business case. This role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, stakeholder alignment, and governance to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and realization of business value across workstreams. Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. What are we looking for? • Experience in financial reporting, program governance, value realization or related roles. • Proven ability to build measurement frameworks and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI). • Comfort with KPI definition, target setting, and performance storytelling for executive audiences. • Strong analytical skills; ability to derive insights from data and quantify impact. • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills with senior leadership exposure. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint) • Exceptional organization and time management; comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments. • Financial Management Reporting • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Dashboard Reporting
Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and implement the value measurement framework for the client • Align with client stakeholders and program steerco on metrics, measurement mechanisms, input sources, and calculation methodologies. • Set up input sources and dashboards for reporting; establish governance cadence and routines. • Plan, facilitate, and run value realization meetings: with clients to drive adoption/engagement/support; with Accenture delivery teams to inform progress and course-correct where required. • Identify and flag risks; escalate where necessary and recommend corrective actions. • Deliver periodic reporting on business case and develop credentials/artefacts highlighting key milestones and achievements. • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
