What would you do? Role Description This team collects and processes data from multiple sources to create reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps. Their insights support decision-making by highlighting KPIs across assisted, unassisted, and revenue channels. They also manage performance reporting tools and contribute to business reviews to drive continuous improvement and efficiency Role overview MIS Reporting role producing operational and revenue performance reporting.
