What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. What are we looking for? • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team (Creative designers), ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and delivery excellence. • Translate business and content strategies into high-impact creative outputs, including graphic designs, videos, and digital assets. • Oversee end-to-end creative production workflows, from briefing through execution, review, and final delivery. • Drive process optimization and automation within the creative team to improve turnaround times, scalability, and resource utilization. • Establish and enforce creative quality standards, brand guidelines, and best practices across all digital and print channels. • Oversee the design and production assets: banners, social posts, Interactive iPDF, Print, PPT • Manage and review Digital and Print PDF creation, including editing and updating existing content using Adobe InDesign. • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and stakeholders to ensure creative output aligns with business objectives. • Foster a proactive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture, building strong working relationships across teams and levels. • Use data and reporting (Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and workflows) to monitor productivit • Proven experience in a Creative Production Manager / Creative Operations / Creative Lead role – Min. 6 years. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and performance-manage creative professionals. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative direction and feedback. • Strong working experience with digital technology and various editing software like - Adobe Creative Suite, After Effect, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Animate. • Strong understanding of current design PPT, PDF, IPDF, Print and Banner. • Hands-on experience with Digital and Print PDF production, including layout and formatting. • Demonstrated experience implementing automation, templates, SOPs, and workflow improvements within creative teams. • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, automation, and operational analysis. • Working knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations and stakeholder communication. • Excellent attention to detail and strong quality control mindset. • Customer-focused approach with experience working in stakeholder-facing or client-facing environments. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ef
