- Actively contribute to the organization by taking responsibility for scientific, technical, and ethical soundness of all policies, statements and endeavors.
- To Support the organization medically in all activities related to portfolio and provide high quality and timely service to internal and external stake holders.
- KOL management: Participate and conduct customized promotional and educational interaction with health care professionals- CME programs, symposia, conference meetings.
- Provide strategic inputs and support towards creation of marketing plans and towards preparation & execution of medical-marketing programs. Identification of gaps in product promotion & develop strategy to fill the gaps.
- Medical information: Provide the technical expertise to product management team towards ethical promotion of assigned products e.g. solve the queries regarding products, provide guideline updates, and address the historical concerns of products.
- Review of promotional material: Initiate and/or review and approve promotional, training and CME material in compliance with relevant SOPs and industry codes.
- Training: Provide timely accurate and balanced information to internal customer’s e.g. sales staff, training department, PMT.
- Create database of scientific information – compile all product specific information.
