MEP Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing all infrastructure projects within Adani Realty in Mumbai
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with overall business goals
• Overseeing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly
• Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance
• Implementing best practices for construction project management and driving continuous improvement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring quality control and quality assurance throughout the construction process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• 8-10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on infrastructure projects
