Areas of Exposure/ Work Background

• Should have MEP Consultancy & Developers working experience 
• Design competency in Electrical system, Knowledgeable with relevant Statutory, Regulatory requirements etc.
• Conversant with Electrical Design calculations viz: Load estimation, Equipment sizing, Fault level, Voltage Drop, Cable schedule, Earthing, etc. 
• Familiar with ECBC, NBC guidelines, IS, NEC, State Electricity Board Regulations, MERC guidelines, LEED requirements
• Awareness about Electrical execution at project site.

• Familiar with MEP Design, capable of handling the in-house design deliverables for various Residential, Commercial, Mall, Hotel, Data Centre developments etc.
• Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
• Liaisoning Support for HRC, MOEF, BMC & M&E
• Project Engineering Development
• Product Engineering Evaluation
• Value Engineering
• Market Rate Assessment
• Innovative Technological Study
• Appointment of Consultants
• Consultancy Payment Certification
• Consultants’ Additional Fee Claims & Validation 
• Tender Documentation
• Post Contract Administration
• CCD (Change Control Document), Quantity Survey & Validation
• Contractor’s Submittal Review
• Construction Quality Audit
• Troubleshooting Support for Operational Plant issues
• Procurement & Contracts Strategy
• Best practices of the equipment installation and their commissioning checklists
• Periodic site visit to ensure quality of site execution work.
• Exposure to other building services viz, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and accordingly co-ordinate with related services activities. 

• Implementation of sustainable practices related with ESG in designing 

Software Skills

• Proficient in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Skilled in creating standard MEP calculation sheets.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
