Job Description Take care of stock received and stock outward & inward etc. To follow laid down operational SOPs [Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, RTO] & personnel policies & procedures. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintains physical condition of warehouse implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualification Required: Must Have: Graduate Degree. +3 years relevant experience. Good knowledge of MS Office and WMS function Good communication skills Preferred: BBA/MBA or degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred. Ecommerce Industry exposure. Other ‘Must Have’ Requirements Strong decision making and problem solving skills. Proven work experience in warehouse handling. Strong in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Hands on experience with warehouse management software. Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
