Job Description

Operations - DMS - Mumbai

Job Role: 

  • Validation and screening of documents received from regional offices across for Account Opening.

  • Co-ordinating with regions for Account on boarding details & setting up the same on the system.

  • Updating systems for KYC/AML process & reviews. 

  • Preparing MIS/reports for co-ordinating with service & compliance team. 

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all FPI related activities.
  • Monitoring investor positions based on different thresholds.
  • Monitoring & Reporting of material / non-material changes within the timelines prescribed in the regulations for all FPI related activities. 

  • Co-ordination with all external parties like Designated Depository Participants, Banks & Fund Administrators as well as internal compliance.

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate

  • Leadership skills with the ability to self-motivate to achieve goals.

  • Communications: Clear written and verbal communication skills, presentations with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Problem Solving: Analytical and logical skills to identify and resolve incidents pro-actively/ promptly

  • Well versed with MS-Office.
