Operations - DMS - Mumbai
Job Role:
Validation and screening of documents received from regional offices across for Account Opening.
Co-ordinating with regions for Account on boarding details & setting up the same on the system.
Updating systems for KYC/AML process & reviews.
Preparing MIS/reports for co-ordinating with service & compliance team.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all FPI related activities.
- Monitoring investor positions based on different thresholds.
Monitoring & Reporting of material / non-material changes within the timelines prescribed in the regulations for all FPI related activities.
Co-ordination with all external parties like Designated Depository Participants, Banks & Fund Administrators as well as internal compliance.
Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Leadership skills with the ability to self-motivate to achieve goals.
Communications: Clear written and verbal communication skills, presentations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Problem Solving: Analytical and logical skills to identify and resolve incidents pro-actively/ promptly
Well versed with MS-Office.
