Job Role:- The Technical Operations Associate will be responsible for maintaining, assessing and assisting the Operations team with the complaint docket/ticket ID. Responsibilities: 1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives 2. Support operations and new infrastructure developments. 3. Troubleshooting, servicing and performing repairs and electrical and electronic equipment. (Necessary training will be provided) 4. Conduct feasibility checks at the sites and assess and create reports for the charging infrastructure. 5. Installing, commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting the charging stations. 6. Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders like power companies, electrical contractors, vendors, etc. Requirements: 1. Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering 2. Extensive knowledge in electrical systems, electronics and power delivery. 3. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in EV charging systems. 4. Fluency in English & local languages. 5. Ability to work in cross-functional teams. 6. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure 7. Excellent communicator in either of the aforementioned languages.
