As an Operations Team Member, you will be a key part of our Custodial Operations team, responsible for managing and executing various operational tasks. Your role will involve close collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless processes and exceptional service delivery. • Execute daily operational tasks and ensure timely completion of all activities.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of custodial accounts and transactions.
• Process and reconcile custodial transactions, including trades and settlements.
• Collaborate with the trading desk and other teams to ensure smooth trade execution.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to their queries.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify and escalate operational risks and issues to the appropriate teams.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Support the team in achieving operational excellence and meeting SLAs.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operational role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of capital market operations and custodial services.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
