What would you do? To be responsible for the knowledge transfer in the areas of Systems, applications and activities that follow Manage and Process Open Deduction. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof. Ensure that the necessary guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-to-day processes.
What are we looking for? 1- 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Support Primary responsibility is to perform coding on deduction created on system• Action and validate on Trade and Non-trade deduction as per exceptions and guidelines
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines• Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor• You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments• The decisions that you make would impact your own work
