Roles & Responsibilities :- 1. Making outbound calls to the candidates willing to study abroad. 2. Answering and solving the doubts / queries of the candidates regarding overseas education. 3. Helping students with Applications & Documentation. 4. Understanding their background, interests and aspirations, education, work experience, potential, etc and suggesting the right courses as per their needs and capabilities, 5. Providing detailed information about the college, it's facilities, education systems, work environment, Country details and informing about the various regulation policies. 6. Developing maintaining relationships and ensuring prompt service and support to the clients via calls and emails. 7. Guiding the candidates with the legal formalities and documentation for the Visa Interviews. 8. E-mail, Whatsapp and Telephonic Co-ordinations. 9. Doing Business Tie-ups with Agency. 10. Keeping record of a lead database of the clients and prospects and maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports and calls/ follow- ups reports. 11. Achieved all the sales target given by the organization.
