Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that meet business objectives while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of API integration and management.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
