Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring that all systems function smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of system integration and data flow.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with user support and customer service principles.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and suggest improvements.
