Job Summary 

As a Senior Project Manager in Cash Asset Management, you lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic change. You build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment on project direction. You oversee project deliverables from ideation to execution, supporting operational excellence.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborate across Cash Asset Management, building strong stakeholder relationships
• Represent Cash Asset Management at senior stakeholder working groups
• Deliver effective communication tailored to stakeholders at all levels
• Own project deliverables from ideation to execution
• Escalate issues effectively to Service leads
• Provide ad-hoc oversight and support for Projections Service
• Provide approval support for FINRA Series 99 requirements
• Influence change through firmwide engagement
• Support operational process optimization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely and relevant communications

• Demonstrate experience managing complex projects from inception to delivery
• Exhibit excellent prioritisation, planning, and organisational skills
• Communicate confidently and adaptably at all levels
• Produce quality and engaging communications materials
• Take responsibility and ownership for issues, ensuring resolution
• Work comfortably under pressure and tight deadlines
• Apply operational experience in managing and optimizing processes
